DuraSan™ Package w/Core 10 Step Cleaning

Step #1.  Pre Inspection:  Our Cleaning Specialist tests to determine the type of fiber used in your fabric.  This determines what type of cleaning solutions and techniques will be used to optimize the cleaning and bacterial removal treatment.

Step #2.  Area Preparation:  We will prepare the area where the upholstery will be cleaned to protect your surroundings.

Step #3.  Dry Pre-Vacuum:  All textiles will be dry vacuumed with our truck mounted system to remove bacteria, mold, mildew and other invasive particles.

Step #4. BioCare™ Antibacterial Pre-Spray:Cleaning solution specifically designed to break-down and denature common bacteria harboring substances like urine, pet dander, pet hair and more.

Step #5.  Pre-Spot:  Any potentially difficult spots will be pre-treated with special solutions to increase their chances of removal.

Step #6. DuraSan™ Sanitizing:  An antibacterial, hospital grade sanitizer that ensures bacteria, molds, mildews and allergens are treated to the fullest degree.

Step #7.  Pre-Groom:  The fabric will then be gently groomed using soft brushes or towels to “emulsify” the soil, bacterias, odors and pre-spray to suspend the harmful impurities to prepare them for extraction.

Step #8.  SoilGuard™ Temperature Controlled Rinse:  Effectively removes bacteria from deep within the upholstery fibers and helps kill dust mites and other microscopic pests. This is done through DrySteem™ Extreme Temperature Extraction systems that will largely the remove the impurities from your home. fabric with a gentle, controlled rinse.

Step #9.  DrySteem™ Extreme Extraction:  Provides superior lift of bacteria, mold and mildew with the SoilGuard Temperature
Controlled Rinse, leaving your carpet 80% dryer than a regular clean

Step #10.  pH Neutralize:  The fabric is then pH balanced to prevent any sticky residue that would attract dirt and allergy causing particles, and to maintain your upholstery’s soft, fresh feel.

Step #11:  Post-Spot:  Any remaining spots will be treated with special stain removal products.

Step #12.  PetSheild™ Barrier: Applies a protective layer on the upholstery, reducing the re-introduction of bacteria into the furniture.

Step #13:  FiberGuard Upholstery Protectant:   Protecting with FiberGuard protectant prevents re-soiling and still from becoming permanent stains.

Step #14:  Post Groom:  Fabrics with a pile (such as velvet) will be gently combed with a special brush.

Step #15:  Speed Dry (if necessary):  High velocity air movers will be placed on the upholstery to speed dry the fabric.

Step #12:  Post Cleaning Inspection:  Our specialist will review the cleaning results with you to insure that your expectations have been met or exceeded.

Cleaning Length: The time to clean your upholstery depends on the number of pieces, and the amount of contents that require moving before, and after your cleaning. That said, most cleans take about 0 -3 Hours.

Drying Length: Drying time can vary based on your upholstery’s thickness, severity of soiling, and humidity in the air. On it’s own, a piece can take approximately 1 –  4 hours to dry.
