Step #1.  Pre Inspection:  Every air duct is thoroughly inspected before cleaning, noting level of soiling, and wear.

Step #2.  Furniture Moving:  Sofas, Chairs and Tables are carefully moved, at your technicians move safely throughout the home.

Step #3.  Air Returns:  Removing of any dust and debris that has accumulated in the air return, then clean and replace the return grill.

Step #4.  BioFlow Cleaning System: We use out BioFlow cleaning system to dislodge, and disengage hard to reach dust and dirt particles.

Step #5.  Dirt and Dust Removal:  Particles / debris are removed using our powerful extraction cleaning system, and moved directly out to our self-contained truck mounted system.

Step #6.  Register vents:  Each register vent is then cleaned and inspected for good working order.

Step #7.  Neutralize:  Every air duct we clean is “dust neutralized” so no dust pushes back into the home, leaving indoor air quality

Step #8.  Post Treatment:  Any dust or debris still remaining will get an extra treatment with our cleaning system.

Step #9:  Post Reinstallation:  All registers are reinstalled and tested for performance.
