The highlights include, dust neutralizing with the BioFlow™ Cleaning System!  

Step #1.  Pre Inspection:  Every furnace is thoroughly inspected before cleaning, noting level of soiling, and wear.

Step #2.  Protecting furnishings:  Any items around the furnace are carefully moved, so your technicians move safely throughout the cleaning space

Step #3.  Furnace Covers:  Opening and cleaning of all furnace doorsto allow a fuller, more productive removal of debris.

Step #4.  BioFlow Cleaning System: We use out BioFlow cleaning system to dislodge, and disengage hard to reach dust and dirt particles.

Step #5.  Dirt and Dust Removal:  Particles / debris are removed using our powerful extraction cleaning system, and moved directly out to our self-contained truck mounted system.

Step #6.  Plenum / Heat Exchanger/ Blower:  Your plenum, heat exchanger and blowers is then cleaned and inspected for good working order.

Step #7.  Neutralize:  Every furnace we clean is “dust neutralized” so no dust pushes back into the home, leaving indoor air quality cleaner and healthier.

Step #8.  Post Treatment:  Any dust or debris still remaining will get an extra treatment with our cleaning system.

Step #9:  Post Reinstallation:  All doors, and filters are reinstalled, and tested for performance.

Step #10:  Post Inspection:  A post walkthrough is performed with you to make sure you are thrilled!
