The PetClear™ Air Duct Cleaning Package is the most comprehensive way to insure the cleanest indoor air quality in your home.

PetClear™ Steps:

Step #1.  Pre Inspection:  Our cleaning specialist will inspect every air duct before cleaning, noting level of soiling, odor and if there are any concerns.

Step #2.  Furniture Moving:  Sofas, Chairs and Tables are carefully moved, as your technicians move safely throughout the home.

Step #3.  Anti-Odor Air Return Treatment:  Removing of any dust, odors and allergen particles that has accumulated in the air return critical to preventing invasion into the furnace, then clean and replace the return grill.

Step #4 Air Handler / Furnace / Plenum Cleaning:  The furnace and blower is thoroughly cleaned. During this process the blower wheel is detached (if possible), and fully cleaned.

Step #5.  BioFlow™ Dust & Odor Removal System: We use our BioFlow cleaning system to dislodge, and disengage hard to reach dust and odor-causing agents.

Step #6.  Odor Extraction:  Dander, dust mites, dirt and pollen particles are removed using our powerful extraction cleaning system, and moved IMMEDIATELY out to our self-contained truck mounted system.

Step #7.  Register vents:  Each register vent is then cleaned and inspected for good working order.

Step #8.  Neutralize:  Every air duct we clean is “odor particle neutralized” so no agents push back into the home, leaving indoor air quality

Step #9. Anti-Microbial Treatment:   We then apply a plant-based, environmentally friendly antimicrobial treatment to inhibit the growth of any type of bacteria and is 99.9% effective on odor-causing agents.

Step #10.  Post Treatment:  Any dust or debris still remaining will get an extra treatment with our cleaning system.

Step #11:  Post Reinstallation:  All registers are reinstalled and tested for performance.
